The new hive will not have any resources and just about all the field bees will return to the old location.  Place a couple of frames of honey and pollen in the new hive or plan of feeding them copiously until the hive bees graduate to become new field bees.   Make sure the new hive doesn't starve while adapting to the new conditions.
