Research isn't free, and if Bayer didn't step up to fund the work, who else
would?

As Randy Oliver frequently says, "Show me the science!"

I say good for Bayer for funding an effort "to accurately and honestly
assess the benefits and risks of of their (neonics) interactions on
commercial honeybees and other pollinators."  At least they are willing to
fund something more productive than tilting at windmills or declaring that
the sky is falling.
