Subject: Beeswax candles; WAS Natural Drone Comb Advice

 Chris and all

There are plenty of risks already from burning candles-soot, aromatic
chemicals, NOX, fine particles (PM10) and more- a real can of worms if you
start to look at the detail. The wicks are normally dosed with chemical
treatments to improve performance.

There is quite a lot of speculation that burning candles indoors on a
regular basis is posing potential health threats to people in the area ; any
pesticide residues are just adding to an already risky practice.

Regards

Mike Rowbottom
