...the beekeeper I described does have a pesticide license.  Keith has a lot of good stories....like the time (before he had a pesticide license) that the pesticide board tried to fine him for misting water (H20) while removing bees :)

I can imagine having the owner/manager of the house/structure actually inject the Bee Go.
