Hello All,
In the June issue (2001) of the American Bee Journal under the section on
Argentina(pg 402) under the heading *World Honey Market* there is a
reference to Argentina commercial beekeepers using food-grade mineral oil
for varroa control. The article says some beekeepers report good results
while others are not happy with this treatment. Any Bee-L ers know what
type of treatment the article is refering to. Should I have been spraying
the mineral oil on my bees this spring instead of as dormate oil on my
fruit trees?
Sincerely,
Bob Harrison
