Most cases that I know of were settled with a non disclose agreement.
I also lost bees to that contaminated strip also but did not sue. They 
also bought back all old strips that beekeepers had whether they were 
used or new that strip also turned pink after a period of time where the 
original strip was still white. Yes they also paid beekeepers for hives 
that did not die from the strip but from PPB. The company that has the 
rights to Amitraz is not the original company that had the problem.

The manufacture tried to have it removed in the 19's and yes it was 
removed a couple of years ago.
