Sounds interesting.

Would colonies with entrance reducers (mouse guards) which restrict the entrance to 1/2 inch or less wide and tall provide some relief the incoming glare and possibly tacking a strip of tar (black roofing) paper on the front porch or landing board of colonies also cut down on the glare coming into the colony (sort of like eye black for athletes)?

Vertigo for bees induced by snow and a bright sunny day with temps warm enough for the bees to break cluster and take cleansing flights.

Thanks for the post!!!

Steve
