Stopped at the whole foods market in Santa Fa and picked up some mesquite
honey. This honey is on the dark side an like buckwheat hard to heat
without burning . It was burnt a little and tasted caramelized but it was
uncrystalized . When will beekeepers learn how to liquefy honey without
burning it. Heat box kept under 120 works for me. The box can hold 2
barrels . I heat it with a hot water heater and about 100 feet of that
orange pipe thats used for heating slabs.
