I always thought the 'bible' was the USDA information our of Yakima, WA.
See http://www.nhb.org/domestic/index.html#Import.

The USDA data referenced in on the left side of the page, about halfway
down.

However, I note that the NHB has a great deal of information in addition to
this.  Don't know how good it is, but I guess it is as good as it gets.
