I hope a suitable method can be found. Several tbh beekeepers had stated
they would try and build a foundation mold from some natural comb and give
it a test. I was one of them, but won't get it done this year.

I did try to use three different sizes of foundation wired together on a
single frame. You can see it at:

The attempt was a failure.
