I'd like to hear from those who have successfully done it
rather than those who have read about it or just have an
opinion about it.  None of the contributors on this subject
have yet indicated that they are currently making honey
vinegar or that they have done it with success in the
past so far as I can tell.  I've tried it.  Didn't succeed.
