Typ time committment for successful large commercial operations is 400-1000
hives per full time employee.  The difference depends upon efficiency of
the labor, and the amount of inputs into the hive (feeding, mite
management, movement).

So say 50 weeks x 40 hrs = 2000 hrs
Divided by 400 hives = 5 hrs/hive/yr
Divided by 1000 hives = 2 hrs/hive/yr
