I used the Sherriff 'Bee Farmer' vest and veil with a plain boiler suit over
it for many years.  Problems:
bees often burrowed down where the two meet at the collar, usually stinging
me in the middle of my back;
the veil is not well supported and blows back against your face if it is a
bit windy;
the quality of the material around the 'boning' leaves a bit to be desired
as it wears through.

I moved to a full suit from BBWear. Much better made (although no fastening
on the breast pocket) and the veil does not blow back against your face.
I thought that I would give the round veil a try, but found it useless as it
kept falling forward when I bent over; they exchanged it for the 'fencing'
style which is excellent.

Best wishes
