Trevor from Australia notes that "EFB has been around since the late 1970's
and sometimes "some" beekeepers may have a bigger problem than usual.

Trevor, I wasn't trying to say that there was a widespread plague, just
that some beekeepers have been "plagued."  My source in Victoria, who had
brought up the subject, tells me that the symptoms there match EFB, so does
not appear to be Idiopathic Brood Disease Syndrome.
