Well I'm afraid I'm a criminal...albeit unwittingly. I removed a Bumblebee
colony from the floor of a shed by lifting the panels and scooping out the
rather fibrous and interwoven
cells themselves. I placed them in a bucket to relocate them on a farm
(Happy farmer!) I suited up after being attacked fairly aggressively and
stung on the arm. Smoke didn't seem to help, nor did the bees cluster. I
caught most by hand and put them in the bucket. I have just received a call
about bumble bees via the police swarm line...I'll look into this legality
issue and report back. Has anyone ever tried sueing people for promulgating
ridiculous laws?

John Sewell.
