The kicker is that they will only loan .52 per pound for 1 year.  If you
are small potatoes like me, it's not enough to do any good.  I have about
720 pounds left in inventory.  Let's see, I believe I qualify for a
whopping $375.  I bet I can really pay off a lot of 16% interest with that.
 This is sure not much of a subsidy.
