Richard the percentage of shotgun brood, empty or mismatched brood, is variable with each queen.  The worst are at about 50%.  There are or were good patches of eggs laid, but the hatched brood was missing., or widely scattered.
Earlier in the season when they were raising lots of drones the brood on the drone frames was nearly solid capped, or patches of the same age open brood.  None of these queens were laying drone brood in worker cells.  All  of the drone brood was on the drone frames.
