I second the concern that it's possibly too cold for baggie feeders.

_perhaps_ if the syrup is warm when placed the cluster can stay intact and get to the syrup.

In the past, we've had good luck with the dry sugar method (on newspaper right on the topbars) _if_ the cluster was big enough to generate enough moisture to deal with the sugar.

Currently, we are feeding a few colonies with crystalized honey on paper plates sitting on the topbars...a few slits on the bottom of the plate.
