Currently, there is no bee exclusion zone legislation in California due
to the extraordinary efforts of CSBA leadership and the folks that
have contributed funds to support their successful and dynamic
lobbyist. However, the potential for such legislation is still
a possibly so I know CSBA would greatly appreciate the continued
financial support.

Those growers who did not plant their trees in isolation by variety
have had to choose between either bearing the cost of netting or
separate out the seeded yields.
