Bob is correct about the quote..  We checked with the Einstein library  in 
Israel, after my own institution erroneously repeated the supposed  quote.  
The library says Einstein never said it.
 
However, my tracing of this found an anti-pesticide group coined it in  
Europe to advance their cause some years back, not a beekeeper at a Farmer's  
Market.
