Could you send me the contact for the printer?  I got the Pollinator Handbook put back in print for our bee classes.  This sounds like a really good resource that I haven't seen.  The deal I made with Larry Conner for the Pollinator Handbook was that we'd require it for the Journeyman class, so he knew that there would be a market for a reasonable number.  I wonder if the printer you mentioned has ability to produce an e-book - that's a handy addition.
