Just remember, truckers receive no pay to load or unload trucks unless it's specified in the pickup contract.  What labor they provide in the loading and unloading is free gratis.   The guys/gals (lumpers) who load and unload trucks usually charge about $75 an hour to do that with a minimum of one hour's labor charged.  This was back in '07 or '08.  I've loaded van trailers which took over four hours and a LOT of sweat.  Didn't appreciate that, and no pay for doing so.
