Thanks for providing the Snelgrove board article. I have used one for a couple of splits but did not use it to its full potential with the door manipulations. It does help to know both sides of a spit have successfully requeened before separating them. I also will do more pre-emptive swarm prevention with the board. 

This will be a great help in my rooftop apiary where I am limited in space for hives.
