First, could you explain the "Trading Standards"?  I'm unfamiliar with that.

Second, I recently came across honey on the shelf of a major retail store in which the label contained no country of origin on it.   I filed a complaint with the store manager at the time, but the store is 90 miles from where I live.  First time I had been in it.  Won't ever hear from them again.   Thought there were food and drug regs against that.
