This was covered in the discussion on lineages. There are markers for all the different African lines, but some of these are present in bees from Spain, for example. Using the A lineage markers will give false positives. 

On the one hand, if we wish to exclude scutellata at any cost, it matters not if some non-scut bees are excluded as well. There is ample genetic diversity in the European bee populations without further admixture from the African lines.

On the other hand, as I said, the race or lineage matters little if the aim is to eliminate vicious bees. You just get rid of them. If you want analysis done, I think that's available but I am suggesting it is beside the point. Mean bees are an unnecessary liability no matter how you slice it.
