Murray's post on Yemeni honey started me searching for more information.

I found this:

http://www.saudiaramcoworld.com/issue/199501/the.beekeepers.of.wadi.du.an.htm

where it states: "... in Wadi Du'an, a two-pound tin of the very best honey
in the comb can command a price of $100 or more". (£28 per lb).

The Argan honey begins to look like a bargain!
