One of the 'dirty little tricks' of the 'ban the neonics' crowd is to pool together planter dust kills with CCD....mixing them together so that neonics are responsible for all CCD, and so that CCD is caused by neonics....using the numbers of hive deaths from CCD _and_ planter dust to make the case.  In the end, all unexplained hive deaths are caused by neonics, and therefore they should be banned.
