A certain part of beekeeping is the art or craft, separate from
knowledge per se. New information and applying it can take a
beekeeper to higher levels of success or profits, but the art/craft
may be essential to any successful venture. It involves observation,
integration of concepts, attention to detail, being in tune with bees,
learning to read colonies. Some people seem to get to this fairly
quickly and are always willing to learn and teach themselves, others
struggle and perhaps never get there. If you think you have gotten
there, then you have not.
