The time line is interesting- gave the sample in the summer, informed it
was foul in November, several additional visits with hives being documented
as foul, then March when they were finally burnt. So more than four months
between notification, additional notification and final burning.

It is an interesting story, and I agree, attitudes on both sides ruled.
Both were pigheaded and all could have been rationally settled, if they
talked.
