Hello All,
I need advice on feeding syrup in zip loc baggies.

I have some yards I can only get to by foot or with a four wheel drive
forklift. The feed truck is too heavy.
The ground is too soft.

The hives have 1 1/2 spacers on and the bees needing feed are in the top
box.

I was told to fill a gallon zip loc half full and place over the cluster
with holes on the top.

My other option is to try and move the hives to a better location but the
bees ( not all) need some feed now as more cold weather is predicted.

I have never used zip loc baggies to feed.

advice?

Comments?

bob
