First flights?  They are not made until the bee has considerable
experience inside the hive.  Who knows?  Maybe they do 'see' a waggle
dance before they go out.
 
[Marc Sevigny]  Do they ever *see* them?  It is completely dark inside the hive, so they must be "sensing" the dance rather than "seeing" it.  Right?
