In Oregon, you cannot represent yourself in small claims court if you
have incorporated.  You also cannot put any liens on real property from
judgements.  You most likely will have to get a collector and/or
attorney if your defendant refuses to pay, but it may send a noteworthy
message about bees/beekeepers and you will be a pain to that person for
some time.
