BH:  Can anyone provide an open access link?


Unfortunately, this article is a preprint...it hasn't even hit the print edition of the journal yet.  You might have to make a trip to your local library. You can probably get the pdf file if you just ask for it, even if your library don't have a subscription.  This is done through interlibrary loan, and because they (the pdfs) are delivered electronically, you get them pretty fast.
