Jeff and Dennis came in at the end of my ~ two weeks in CA. I saw them in
Waterford, at Cathy's Cafe, two days before I came back to MT.

Unfortunately, I missed the main crash, but did manage to catch the end of
it. By the time I left, most operations were down to survivor colonies,
struggling to come back. This year's CCD seems to have hit between
mid-December and early January - about the time of the national conventions.

I have a couple of operations that continued to lose colonies in the
almonds, after I left - I've samples courtesy of the beekeepers.
