I agree!

Peter bringing up cases of improper handling has a purpose but mostly
information for hobby beekeepers (which most likely would not use the liquid
anyway) as commercial beekeepers have been using liquid formic safely for
decades.

I know of no incidents in the U.S. but maybe there has been. If so I bet the
label was not followed.

So far those wanting to sell a "ready made" formic product have failed. The
first gel was recalled ( and provided almost no control) . Then the miteaway
pad ( which worked to a degree but control was all over the place -personal
experience) . Now the miteaway strips which I hope work as advertised but
usually when something sounds to good to be true IT IS!

Clearing a hive of varroa in 7 days gets attention.

Now that beekeepers are taking delivery we should know soon if the strips
really perform as advertised. I hope they do! Time will tell!
