IAPV in USA since at least 2002

according to a letter submitted to the ABJ on 10/29/2007 from Y. Chen &amp; J. Evans at the USDA ARS 
Beltsville Lab,  IAPV was found in archived samples of bees from 3 locations (MD, PA, CA) in the USA 
going back to at least 2002.
