I'm often interviewed by the media for news releases. Most reporters
simply wish to get a sensational headline in order to appease their
editors. Only a few actually wish to go deeper. And even those often
succumb to sensationalism.

I recently asked one reporter whether they actually wanted the facts, or
the sensational version, and suggested the usual list of names for the
sensational version. That list was all that the reporter was interested in.
