I concur totally.
I also speak from experience also.   I took part in an Independent Sentinal
Hive Health Study for two years . The required sampling techniques were of
utmost importance along with their submissions to independent labs.
In this case everyone involved knew exactly how to partake and did so
under the guidance of the study director on site.
