We have that here. One year a large patch appeared in my yard, and was spreading pretty fast. I liked it because it attracted small green bees, beautiful against the pink flowers. But it seems that the deer are very fond of it. They pretty much wiped it out, only a few plants came up this year, protected by a thicket of multiflora rose (also invasive).
