Are frame grips a good idea?

More than anything else, that's personal preference. I like them because
they let me keep one had free to hold my hive tool for propolis scraping.
Frame grips also let me push a frame into place if it is hung up on
propolis. But that is just my personal technique, and I know beekeepers you
couldn't give frame grips to.

Try them and see what you think. The worst that can happen is that you
won't like them, and you will be out $10.
