I've quickly read the EPA advisory while waiting for my flight to ABF to
depart.

EPA shares their "belief": " EPA believes it is unlikely that any
operations offering products in commerce (e.g., bees/colonies, pollination
services, honey or other beehive products) qualifies as a “own personal
use.”

I guess commercial beekeepers will need to see how our SLA's interpret
EPA's "belief." But hobbyists would not be affected.
