Randy,  No need to defend yourself!  The above statement is as much nonsense  as you could get.  Its like saying  you get a free lunch when the wife buys!

Any time and money spent defending lawsuits takes away from regulating and testing.  To say otherwise is nothing more than accounting tricks.  

Lawsuits cost us all,  from time testifying to legal fees,  to increased cost of products.
