I personally use oxalic acid during the summer doing 4 to 5 treatments 5 days apart often in temperatures higher than 86 degrees F and see no adverse effects.  If you use the sublimox type of vaporizer it will not raise the hive temperature very much as the heat source is out side of the hive and the vapour cools quite rapidly after leaving the outlet      https://youtu.be/Ets5cCtFsb4  you can look at this you tube link and see 12 hives being treated in about 15 minutes at temperatures over 80 degrees.
