Funny, moments ago I finished answering a list of questions from a Master's
student at a US university (I answer at least one of these every week).
And yes, I want to tear my hair out by the lack of preliminary research
done by those university students. They start their projects based upon
misinformation gleaned from the internet. And then we often later read
papers published by the same students, who started with preconceived
notions, and tweaked their "research" to support those prejudices.
Unfortunate and scary.
