The best way I have found is to use a micro-wave oven.  Use a
high setting and melt the whole thing (comb and honey) in a
micro-wave bowl.  Then, let the bowl cool down to room
temperature (takes a few hours).  The wax will collect and
solidify on top.  Then, just poke a hole in the wax and pour the
honey out.  Sure beats anything else I've ever tried.
