DDT had so many negative effects on the environment...we still don't have a 
breeding pair of Bald Eagles in Vermont, although the Peregrines have been 
re-introduced...that it shouldn't be used. Pesticide applicators should be 
more responsible in their use of the other "more toxic" pesticides.
