Hi Dee,

We put them on pallets when shipping LTL (Less than Load) and generally put three on a pallet and stretch wrap. You can fit 4, but it's a little dicey, as then hang over a bit. Everything on LTL is handled with forklifts.

For honey packers that take full loads, we use a barrel truck to load without pallets.
