When the current ice age eventually comes to an end and Earth returns 
to it's normal state of ice-free poles there will be much less land 
available for bees or for their forage.  However, in the warmer, 
moister, climate there's a chance that vegetation will flourish and 
capture and store some of the atmospheric carbon that currently seems 
to be speeding up the inexorable and inevitable process.
