If trying to get as much of the customer's twenty dollar bill as possible,
then consider adding candles, lip balms, soaps, pollen, propolis products to
your honey table.  I was somewhat taken aback  that accessory products were
well over half my sales at a local craft fair.   Biggest surprise to me was
that propolis tincture at $20 for a 2 oz bottle was a third of sales.
