Other than the standard legal boilerplate an encouraging answer.

Also, it appears the problem with breakdown is not the formic acid but the
gel or whatever is holding it in suspension since the comment is "broken
down to liquid". Formic in water breaks down to CO2 and H2. The liquid
could be water, but one would think the gel would still hold it. Maybe not.

Heat is the larger problem with Formic breakdown, which is consistent with
freezing being a good vehicle to keep it potent for an extended period,
off-label of course.
